We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the digital dispatch board system "TRADISS" at J-Line Express Co., Ltd. The company had been operating with a large whiteboard and color-coded magnets, but they began to consider whether it was possible to link the dispatch board with individual core systems such as sales management and attendance systems, which led to the systematization of the dispatch board.
